Due to the redemption process of Vostok Gas Ltd., where all the Gazprom ADR´s held by the company will be distributed to its shareholders, 8 warrants with Vostok Gas as underlying issued by Commerzbank will be delisted from NDX Sweden.

The last day of trading is today December 29, 2008.
