Paxymer presents the new synergistic Paxymer products at Antec / NPE2018

Paxymer will give a presentation at the new Technical Marketing Session at Antec in Orlando. The title of the paper is "A novel synergist for flame retardants".

Amit Paul will present the technology and its potential benefits like cost savings, better material and processing performance. He will also give an overview of the toolkit for formulation with HFFR additives that Paxymer have developed.

The technology gives formulators the possibility to reduce the total amount of flame retardant additive by using the Paxymer functional polymers. You can reduce costs by up to 20% with retained fire performance and improved mechanical and processing performance.

The challenge of formulating with halogen free flame retardants is significant. Paxymer AB has developed a toolkit for achieving balanced performance: combining mechanical, processing, cost and flame retardant properties.
