Playscan Insight™

Playscan Insight™ was designed and developed with the Operator’s Customer Service Team in mind. Playscan Insight™ provides an in-depth overview of the Playscan™ player analysis, providing the Operator’s Customer Service Team a simple and self-explanatory overview of the causes of the Playscan™ player’s status change.

Playscan Insight™ provides a higher level of customer care which enables the Operator’s Customer Care Team upon activation by the player, to explain to the player precisely from the Playscan™ analysis why the status changed for the player the redirect the player to additional internal or external responsible gambling resources, if required.

Playscan Insight™ is available as an add-on solution for users of Playscan™ 3.6 and above.
