Caviar of Kalix at Harrods

Harrods in London probably one of the best known department stores in the world is embracing Swedish food in October. Harrods will in the Food Halls and Ground Floor be promoting Swedish cuisine. The Swedish delicacy, kalixlöjrom is also present and available for the visitors. Please visit Harrods in October and forward till Christmas especially for the sampling days of 19 to 20 October.

Kalixlöjrom is a world unique roe from the cold waters of the Bothnian Bay. Kalixlöjrom was approved by the European Union for the Protected Designation of Origin in 2010, earning the highest protection for geographically unique food.

Kalixlöjrom has been a well-kept secret in Sweden. Even if served on numerous Nobel Prize banquets and preferred choice of top chefs. Now it is offered to export markets under the name of Caviar of Kalix. Many have already discovered the fantastic kalixlöjrom. Now it is turn for more to try and enjoy.

Caviar of Kalix at OXO Tower

The Swedish delicacy kalixlöjrom will be presented in London. The world unique roe from the cold waters of the Bothnian Bay will be exhibited at the food event Swe-Dish at OXO Tower on the 6 of September 2011. Kalixlöjrom is golden colored and mild caviar with fresh taste of the sea. Kalixlöjrom was approved by the European Union for the Protected Design of Origin in 2010.
