Fredrik Ståhl joins board of JOOL Group holding Grundingen Fastighets

Fredrik Ståhl has been elected to the Board of Directors of Grundingen Fastighets AB, part owned by the JOOL Group. Ståhl has around 25 years of experience from the construction and real estate industries, including as CEO of Hökerum Bygg.

Ståhl is the owner of Familjen Ståhl Invest AB, a family-owned group with subsidiaries mainly active within property development and contracting operations through Hökerum Bygg AB and Stjärnhöken AB.

Hökerum Bygg was founded in 1968 and is a construction and housing development company based in Ulricehamn. The company has many years of experience from the entire development value chain ranging from land acquisition to design, construction and administration. Over the past 15 years, Hökerum Bygg has completed approximately 7,000 homes, both in in-house developed projects and on behalf of external clients.

“Fredrik has a deep understanding of both construction and contracting activities as well as property development in family-owned entrepreneurial companies. Fredrik brings an acumen and commitment that will contribute positively to our board work.
