Presto strengthens its market position in Germany through acquisition of F&H Feuerschutz GmbH & Co. KG

Jockel Brandschutz, part of Presto Group ("Presto"), Europe’s leading provider of fire protection, first aid, and safety training, has successfully completed the acquisition of F&H Feuerschutz GmbH & Co. KG.

With this acquisition, Jockel Brandschutz continues to expand its regional presence, with a particular focus on strengthening its service operations in southern Germany and the greater Karlsruhe area.

F&H Feuerschutz, headquartered in Walzbachtal, Baden-Württemberg, is an established provider of preventive fire protection with a broad service portfolio. Its offering spans the full spectrum of fire safety maintenance, including fire extinguisher servicing, inspection and maintenance of smoke-heat-exhaust systems, fire safety doors and hydrants, as well as the development of evacuation and emergency plans.

Dirk Hoffmann, Managing Director of F&H Feuerschutz, will continue to lead the company, ensuring continuity for customers, employees, and partners.
