Prodikt's new module: The logbook

During Q1 we sneakily launched the logbook module for a few select projects. Now the logbook is fully fledged and possible to activate in your project. Prodikt now offers a project, a basis and a platform, to make it even more cost-effective and simple for project organizations. The logbook today is available in one version and can be used for, among other things, legal requirements and building certifications such as BREEAM or Environmental Building (Miljöbyggnad). The logbook module has simple role management, logging and deviation management as well as analysis of approved products. The logbook also ensures version management of the products and manages information and documentation such as FSC/PEFC certificates or safety data sheets. Placement guidance can be easily done with tags or innovatively with GUID when importing a 3D model, which provides the exact location of each small product.

The manufacturer's opportunity with Prodikt and its general status

Just as the number of manufacturers who make their products available grows every day, Prodikt's user base of trend-setting and forward-looking real estate developers, architects and entrepreneurs has increased significantly. By making manufacturer's products available in Prodikt, the chance of reaching more specifications increases and reduces the risk of being replaced by a competing solution based on lack of information. More and more manufacturers also use Prodikt internally as their technical support and as a sales tool and support in sustainability thanks to the product-specific data made available on sustainability, which is freely accessible to everyone. The latest manufacturers to join and register their products are Saint-Gobain Gyproc, BEWI, ARDEX, Altech, LIP, Modus Sverige and Byggelement.
