Proton Technology strengthens its market position in Europe

Proton Technology strengthens its market position in Europe by creating a strategic partnership with the German company InnCoa GmbH. The ambition is to strengthen the market segment, especially towards the German automotive industry.

- We have already established cooperation with global companies such as Ikea, Scania and Volvo, and this cooperation is a strategic step for us towards the European automotive industry. InnCoa is a perfect partner for us, with high expertise in corrosion and a broad knowledge about this market, says Stefan Gustafsson Ledell, CEO Proton Technology.

This also means that Proton Technology broaden and expand their services of corrosion testing, for example towards VW PV1210 and other cyclic humidity tests such as the new VDA 233-102.

Proton Technology strives to be a global partner in terms of surface technology and the partnership with InnCoa GmbH will strengthen both new and existing customers.

InnCoa GmbH, located outside Munich, focus on surface and substrate engineering, with a specializing in corrosion. InnCoa works with customers like Audi, BMW and Siemens.

- This is a very important partnership for us. The lead-time at Proton Technology is more efficient comparing to a similar laboratory in Germany. At the same time the quality and the knowledge in ISO standardization corrosion test is at a peak level at Proton Technology. We also need more knowledge and focus on the Nordic market. Therefore, Proton Technology is a perfect match for us. We are strengthening each other’s services with this partnership, says Simon Oberhauser, CEO at InnCoa GmbH
