    Volvo Penta and Qamcom Group form a start-up under the company name Cetasol. The new company is based on a spinoff from Volvo Penta and will be targeted to help commercial marine vessels minimize emissions and maximize efficiency. The partnership was formed with the support and guidance of CampX, the Volvo Group’s global innovation arena for technology and business transformation.

  • Qamcom Group and ASTG in strategic partnership.

    ASTG has signed the final agreement to acquire SatCom on the Move technology from the Qamcom Group company ReQuTech. In the transaction, ASTG will acquire all the technology, design and IP rights needed in relation to the specified solution for land-based on the Move communication, initially aimed at the commercial market. Also, ReQuTech is now one of the biggest shareholders of ASTG.
