Migrant parenting training launched together with CCR CSR

In China, 247 million people have left home in search of work, with approximately 61 million children left behind. The move means many parents only see their children once a year, leaving them worried, distracted and guilt-stricken at the workplace.

CCR CSR and the training platform QuizRR have joined forces to offer CCR CSR’s popular migrant parent training on QuizRR’s touch screen tablets to combat this issue. The training, which consists of five key modules and addresses some of the biggest challenges migrant parent workers face with regards to distant parenting. 

Training modules include training in: 

• Understanding children's needs
• Caring for children
• Effective remote communication
• Identifying and handling signs of distress
• Togetherness 

The migrant parent training on the QuizRR tablet offers a range of support mechanisms and tools to help workers overcome the challenges associated with being a migrant parent worker, and is officially available from December 6 2018 onwards and free of charge for all existing QuizRR users.
