QuizRR strengthens local team in China

As the number of Chinese factories implementing QuizRR has doubled in the last quarter, we have expanded team capacities in China to secure efficient customer support and local presence. Continued growth is expected in China where there is a growing interest for capacity building in social dialogue and workplace engagement.

By strengthening our China team, QuizRR will improve daily customer and IT support as well as nurture stakeholder collaborations in China. The team is working alongside our colleagues in the global team, all based in Stockholm; Ulrika Fernstedt working as head of client success, Gina Wang focusing on marketing and business development, Yunlong Sun as client success coordinator and Catherine Nasser providing implementation support to our key accounts. Our China team, based in Shenzhen region is focusing on supporting brands and factories working with QuizRR.

Lydia Wong, Head of Operations China
Lydia is responsible for QuizRR’s China operations, business collaborations and partnerships. She supports the brand implementation of QuizRR; leads face-to-face worker engagement training; and arranges brand and factory seminars. Lydia brings over 10 years of CSR specialization to this role and is regularly engaged as an expert speaker about social sustainability topics.

Cloudy Wang, Client Success Support China
Cloudy provides customer support on all process issues to implement QuizRR at the factory level. She supports factories and local brand representatives with introductions on trainings and facilitates portal-related queries. Cloudy can be booked for webinars on QuizRR training and portal matters. 

Tiger Huang, IT Support China
As QuizRR’s IT support in China, Tiger coordinates soft- and hardware distribution to customers, support with application updates and downloads. He is also responsible for technical and hardware support. Tiger is available for queries on both factories and brands with any IT-related queries.

Business expansion in Bangladesh
QuizRR also have local presence in Bangladesh where Sohan Rahman manages all support issues, from technical to training, from registration to implementation and follow up. Business expansion is projected in Bangladesh this fall 2018, when we will increase local developmental Resources.

Training programs in Thailand and India coming up
Future plans include launching a training program on migrant workers in Thailand this fall; as well as a move into India in late 2018. As a result, we will continue to grow our team globally and look forward to more colleagues joining our mission to improve the future of millions of workers worldwide.
