Analyst coverage initiated of Imint Image Intelligence
Redeye today commence coverage of Imint Image Intelligence (IMINT.ST), a Swedish high-tech firm developing video enhancement software. The solution named Vidhance currently encompasses three modules, Video Stabilization, Live Auto Zoom and Auto Curate.
With the announcement of a number of license deals, Imint has shown that its Vidhance software is now a commercial product. We therefore feel confident that Imint is on the verge of its commercial breakthrough. Due to the uncertainty of an early-stage, high-tech company, we have used a high discount rate in our valuation model. Imint was founded in 2007 and has its roots in research conducted at Uppsala University and The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. In 2013 Imint’s board decided to pursue emerging opportunities within the mobile device segment following interest in its technology from a number of smartphone OEMs. Recently the company has intensified its commercial efforts and grown its organization to accommodate a growing interest in its products.
