ROI is a technology company which provides highly optimised dedicated websites to businesses helping them build sales opportunities for their products and services in their specific sector and their specific geography. Our innovative and unique proposition has had considerable success in the home improvement and maintenance sectors in Sweden and we are now looking to expand into other sectors and countries, starting with the UK.

We deliver our customers a fully built solution based on a complete and ready-made website, already operational and already generating traffic. We have over 150 satisfied customers and now want to expand our business aggressively. Our sales methodology is already proven to work.

Today, we are 15 people based in Stockholm and passionate about helping our customers improve the effectiveness of their Internet presence, in a very real and measureable way – by improving their sales opportunies.

We have recently secured significant funding from UK investors and are now building out into 12 new cities across the UK and Europe, Manchester will be our first point of call. This is your chance to get on board at the start of the next stage of our journey.

We are a young, entrepreneurial start-up company with big targets in our sights, we would love to meet silimarly minded, self-motivated sales managers who can help us sell our service as well as establish, grow and manage a UK sales team.

Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the sales process in the UK, finding new customers and taking them through the journey to being fully paid up subscribers and then maintaining a relationship with them on an ongoing basis. We are a new market entrant in the UK and we need talented people who are prepared to work across the sull spectrum of sales and marketing.

You will help us develop and refine our service and proposition as well as our sales processes, we are specifically looking for people who are able to engage right across our business and be an active part of our founding team.

You will help us build and develop a full sales capabillty in the UK, recruiting a sales team around you, developing them, and expanding our footprint into other UK cities over time. We want to move quickly, with as wide a footprint as we can. You should be able to bring with you robust sales and marketing skills that you can use to build an effective team around you.

Skills
We would like an experienced B2B sales professional, ideally with 5 years or more success in B2B who is ready to take on a new challenging role with state-of-the-art online technology.

You should be intimate with PowerPoint and Excel and able to pull together a business case and proposal for a customer without us looking over your shoulder.

Technically we can teach you what we do and how we do it, but if you are familiar with online technologies (if things like ‘SEO’, ‘https’ and ‘landing page’ mean something to you) that is going to be a big plus.

You should be confident, know how to open doors and close sales, build long-term relationships with customers and understand the word empathy without checking Wikipedia… and you should be ready to develop similarly skilled people around you as the role develops into sales leadership.

You need to be self-motivated, self-starting and filled with a passion to take responsibility and to make things happen. We need you to be fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills (we are Swedish… we do need someone who can help us here!)

If you have previously worked in a start-up or small high-growth environment in a sales role you will know what we are looking for.
