Martin Odqvist appointed CEO of ROL Group

ROL Group today announces that Martin Odqvist has been appointed CEO of ROL Group, effective September 1, 2026. The appointment has been formally approved by the Board of Directors and is the result of a planned succession process that began when Martin Odqvist was appointed Executive Vice President a year ago.

Stefan Lager has decided to retire from his executive role after many successful years as CEO. Stefan has agreed to remain as Senior Advisor, at least throughout fall 2026, to support ROL Group when needed.

Martin Odqvist has been a key member of ROL Group's leadership team and has played an important role in the company's development. The Board has strong confidence in Martin's leadership, business understanding and ability to guide ROL Group moving forward.
