Sally R wins the world's first Proptech Championship and an innovation contract with Skanska

Sally R won the innovation contract with Skanska in a brand new innovation competition in Real Estate technology, named Proptech Championship.

The championship is a collaboration between Skanska and Proptech Sweden, and the first corporate championship in innovation, with the purpose to promote the most relevant and smart solution. Sally R was declared the winner at Sthlm New in Hammarby Sjöstad on Friday the 25th of March.

Sally R is a Swedish Proptech company focused on improving air quality and reducing energy consumption in ventilation of commercial buildings. One of the fundamental ideas when the founders created the company was to make the indoor air quality in buildings less dependent on the outdoor air, as the outdoor air gets more and more polluted. In the Proptech Championship Sally R came up with a solution that both saves energy in ventilation, and captures carbon dioxide from the indoor air.

The jury´s motivation:

The jury in the competition consisted of Skanska, together with experts from the PropTech and real estate industry; Henrik Ahnström, Anna Kinberg Batra, Jan Elfving, Jo Mortensen and Sanna Walfridsson.
