Heavy accusations by the Church of Scientology Germany against the Bavarian Minister of Interior Hermann

  "Cheap populism" and a violation of the constitution

The Bavarian Minister of the Interior, Mr. Joachim Hermann, refuses since years to take note of any information or even rectification of untruths about the Church of Scientology. Probably he has never talked to any Scientologist. Such behavior does not meet the criteria of a free democratic constitutional state in which the government bodies are obliged to follow the law - which also means that they must not disparage anyone.

At the same time he does not handle that his Ministry of Interior continues to spread false informations about Scientology though the correct informations were provided to him and yet they carry on to spread false information.

Such a behavior is simply anti-constitutional and is the kind of behaviour which governments show, with which Minister of Interior, Mr. Herrmann, for sure does not want to be associated with and would condemn correctly as totalitarian. The Church of Scientology thus will address the Bavarian Ministry of Interior again and will demand a meeting to straighten out incorrect information through dialogue.
