Tmpl and Scrive streamline the future of real estate with smart and flexible document signing

Tmpl, one of Sweden’s leading proptech companies, has announced a strategic partnership with Scrive. The partnership will enable Tmpl’s users to log in to Tmpl’s platform with their BankID and sign documents electronically. Scrive’s services will be available for Tmpl’s customers and end users, and by the end of the year the integration will be available to 100 000 households in Sweden.

Stockholm and Uppsala, April 22, 2021

Scrive’s e-sign and identity verification services are integrated as standard features in Tmpl’s platform. All Tmpl users, including tenants, property managers, administrators and maintenance staff, will be able to register and log in to the app with their BankID. Furthermore, it will be possible to send, review and sign digital agreements, which will save both time and administration while eliminating paper, printing and scanning.

Scrive’s electronic identity services make it easy to secure Tmpl’s digital ecosystem with integrated ID verification checks using Swedish BankID. Integrated eID is a seamless way to ensure that only authorised signatories can access and sign agreements, as well as to facilitate secure onboarding of new community members and to authenticate users when accessing community resources.
