New energy efficient air nozzles for blowing with compressed air

– Silvent launches a new series of innovative and energy efficient air nozzles

First of June, Silvent launches three new air nozzles for blowing with compressed air. SILVENT X01, SILVENT X02 and SILVENT X07 are included in the new series of innovative and energy efficient air nozzles. The new SILVENT X-series air nozzles are specifically engineered to optimize compressed air blowing, lowering consumption and energy costs.

Silvent helps manufacturing industries improve the working environment and lower energy use when blowing with compressed air. The new X-series has a brand new innovative technology that creates a concentrated air stream that reduces air turbulence, thereby creating a more effective and efficient blowing force.The air nozzles have a new patented multi-laval technology that converts the compressed air’s potential energy to a targeted and concentrated kinetic energy. This new Silvent technology will benefit manufacturing production processes blowing with compressed air.

- Our engineers have been working on this developing project during a long period. The nozzles in the new X-series has an improved efficiency, and it is also possible to lower the sound level by 10 dB(A) when blowing, which the ear perceives as a halving of the sound, says Ulf Persson, Operations Development Director at Silvent.

SILVENT X01, SILVENT X02 and SILVENT X07 are all made in stainless steel and therefore suits environments with stringent hygienic requirements, for example the food industry. The air nozzles are patented and fully meets the EU Machine Directive’s noise limitation requirements and OSHA’s safety regulations.
