Deutz-Fahr is getting closer to the customers

SDF, the group behind the brand Deutz-Fahr, have taken steps to get closer to the Nordic and Baltic markets, by appointing an area manager.

In general, SDF strategy is to move closer to the Nordic markets, and thus shorten the distance between the manufacturer and his customers in the area.

In line with this new approach on February 1st 2021, SDF has appointed Torben Pedersen as new Area Manager for the Nordic and Baltic region. He is known in the business having previously worked for AGCO and Agrometer A/S.

The main task of Mr. Pedersen will in the initial phase be to establish new routines and processes for ensuring that this local presence of SDF is turned into benefit for the region as a whole.

On all markets in the region, SDF aims to improve their support and allow for a quicker response to customers’ needs and requirements.

Having a point of contact in the region will on a more practical level, allow for easier direct contact to SDF for Söderberg & Haak and their dealers and partners in Sweden and is hopefully a first step on a path to rejuvenate the Deutz-Fahr brand in Sweden.
