Reminder: The press accreditation for Stockholm International Film Festival 2025 is still open

The 36th edition of the Stockholm International Film Festival will take place between November 5–16. Don’t miss out on covering this fantastic celebration of cinema, with visits from filmmakers, Face2Face sessions with dignitaries, and screenings of around 130 films from at least 40 countries.

Before the festival, accredited journalists and photographers can apply for press accreditation to gain access to press screenings, press materials, press conferences, and the opportunity to interview visiting directors and actors. With a press pass, you can also attend our Industry Days from November 10–13 at Filmhuset and watch films during regular screenings, subject to availability. Please note that the special screenings and the social mixer part of our Red Carpet events are not included this year. Members of the press are however welcome to cover the Red Carpet guests before screenings.

Applications should include a brief description of the intended coverage. In certain cases, we will also be asking for links to previously published material. The number of press and photographer spots is limited, so please apply in time.

Opening hours for the festival center 2025:

October 8 to November 3 at Klarabion, Kulturhuset, the center will be open Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM.

November 5-16 at Bio Skandia, the center will be open every day between 10:00 AM–7:00 PM.
