This year's winner of the SkyShowtime Rising Star Award 2023

Hanna Ardéhn is this year's winner of the SkyShowtime Rising Star Award 2023.

The motivation of the jury reads:

"This years winner is an actress that embodies the role, and submerges herself into the story. Her intuitive and her vivid acting makes you read the drama with and through her. We look forward to following this year's Rising Star to new heights. Congratulations to Hanna Ardéhn!"

Hanna has been seen in TV series like for example; ››Störst av allt‹‹, ››Nattryttarna‹‹ and ››Leva life‹‹. This year's winner Hanna will be invited to Cannes Film Festival 2024.

Every year, an expert jury with outstanding experience and competence appoints the nominees for the SkyShowtime Rising Star Award 2023. The jury consists of chairman Simon Norrthon (Fackförbundet Scen & Film), Lisa Rosengren Lagercrantz (Film & TV producers), and Jan Göransson (Swedish Film Institute). In this year's jury we also have the actors Nina Zanjani (known from ››Wallander‹‹) and Ardalan Esmaili (SkyShowtime's new Swedish -Finnish original series, Codename: Annika)
