Stromma agrees with Danske Bank and large institutional investors on a refinancing of existing debt

Strömma Turism & Sjöfart AB (publ) (“Stromma”, or the “Company”) has agreed with Danske Bank and two larger Swedish institutional investors to enter into a loan agreement in an amount of SEK 450,000,000 and EUR 5,000,000 to refinance the majority of the group’s existing interest-bearing debt.

The agreement involves a commitment for the lenders to provide the loan and credit facilities for a refinancing of the majority of the group’s outstanding interest-bearing debt. The commitment is subject to agreed long form documentation and fulfilled labour law information obligation. In addition to refinancing existing debt, the loans will be used towards general corporate purposes.
