The Swedish Figure Skating Association is pleased to select Alexander Majorov and Anita Ostlund as the athletes competing in the 2019 ISU World Figure Skating Championships.
Team Spirit and Team Seaside will represent Sweden in the 2019 ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships, held in Neuchâtel Switzerland, March 15–16.
Team Surprise, the oldest and most successful synchronized skating team in Sweden, will end their more than 35-year history in the sport. The legacy of Team Surprise will include a new way of educating coaches in Synchronized Skating. Their founder and head coach, Andrea Dohány will shift her focus from every day coaching to building a stronger foundation for Synchronized Skating in Sweden.
Nu står det klart vilka två lag som kommer att representera Sverige under VM i synkroniserad konståkning i Ericsson Globe 6–7 april. Team Surprise från Landvetter kommer att tävla som Team Sweden 1 och Team Boomerang från Göteborg kommer att tävla som Team Sweden 2. I helgen som gick blev Team Surprise även svenska mästare under SM i synkroniserad konståkning 2018 i Mölndal.
