Danish Agro Machinery Holding A/S har ingått ett avtal om att ta över den stora CLAAS återförsäljaren A. P. Jørgensen på Jylland. Handlaren har funnits i 121 år och är en av Danmarks äldsta maskinföretag. Danish Agro övertar alla aktier i företaget och övertagandet sker den 1 januari 2018.
Danish Agro Machinery Holding A/S har ingått ett avtal med den danska CLAAS förhandlaren Røstofte Maskiner A/S om att köpa 75 % av företaget. Företaget är ett välskött företag med en lång erfarenhet i branschen. Røstofte Maskiner A/S är starka på Själland, Lolland, Falster och Møn.
Danish Agro Machinery Holding A/S har tecknat ett avtal med CLAAS återförsäljaren Ringe Maskinforretning A/S som är verksam på ön Fyn. Företaget är ett välskött och stort maskinföretag som har många års nära samarbete med lantbrukarna på Fyn. Danish Agro kommer med avtalet att ta över alla aktier i Ringe Maskinforretning A/S.
CLAAS will use the Agritechnica to present a completely new SCORPION series developed together with Liebherr, the technology leader in professional materials handling. Manufactured by Liebherr, the new SCORPION is currently being tested in the field and will be available in an extended model range from January 2018.
For the round balers in the ROLLANT 400 UNIWRAP family, CLAAS now offers a newly developed system for bale wrapping in the bale chamber.
