HSB Living Lab built and assembled by Swedish Modules wins prestigious award
Swedish Modules is proud to hear that the innovative housing project, HSB Living Lab has been named the winner of the World Property Award. HSB Living Lab is awarded the prize for having an extraordinary impact on the Swedish real estate market. The award was presented at the Property Gala at Berns on January 29, 2020.
The five-storey building with a total of 29 residential flats was constructed, produced and assembled by Swedish Modules in 2016. Swedish Modules also installed all technology. In total, the HSB Living Lab building consists of 44 modules and is the result of collaborations between several players within todays private and public sector, as well as academy.
“Prizes like the World Property Award make us, who have been part of the project, obviously proud. But above all, it encourages us to continue with cross-industry collaborations to create exciting new and important societal innovations that make a real difference in people's everyday lives”, says Måns Belfrage, CEO, Swedish Modules.
