Telavox launches new Contact Center Solution to simplify Omnichannel Communication

Telavox, the Nordic UCaaS leader, is now launching its new contact center solution. This enables companies to manage all their customer communication across voice, email, chat, and social media in a unified way. It’s a completely new offering to both current and potential customers and an exciting step to broaden our scope in helping our customers with communication and automation.

Engaging with customers throughout the customer journey is the lifeblood of any company. Contact center solutions have traditionally been expensive, hard to implement and required a lot of specialised knowledge to configure.

Telavox’s new contact center solution changes this – enabling companies to merge their voice- and text-based customer communication in a unified view. This guarantees that enquiries are resolved quickly and no customer communication is lost.

The contact center solution has a modern look and feel and is fully integrated with Telavox’s existing products. It brings dashboarding and statistics to both supervisors and agents, delivering insights to provide the best customer experience across all channels.
