Considering how obsessed our industry is with being agile, I think its peculiar how people have been able to conceal the core of the Agile Manifesto, to the extent that they ignore it entirely when they want to be agile. In order to succeed at this, one must ensure that everyone working in the team cares about their work and the results that are being achieved.
