2025 Highlights and 2026 Plans of WiljaGruppen – Raoul Partnership

In the end of 2025, WiljaGruppen and Raoul: Lennart Jönsson, Mikael Klein, Åsa Hansdotter and Mikhail Krivonos got together at WG new headquarters in Stockholm to review the 2025 collaboration results and to discuss key priorities of cooperation for 2026.

“Sharing knowledge and bringing the values of Supported Employment to new countries is essential. We are glad to support Raoul in creating new approaches to how this can be achieved. As part of this effort, our visit to Uzbekistan reinforced this direction — through participation in the Inclusive Business Forum and meetings with key national stakeholders. We saw strong commitment and meaningful groundwork already in place in Central Asia, and it was encouraging to see how inclusive employment ideas are starting to take shape.” - Lennart Jönsson.

“Our collaboration with WiljaGruppen has been an important source of learning, inspiration, and professional exchange. We are deeply grateful to the WiljaGruppen team for their openness, trust, and willingness to share practical expertise. This partnership has strengthened our work and helped us improve our approach to Supported Employment through shared practice and experience.” — Åsa Hansdotter, chairman of Raoul Foundation.

Our joint results:

🔹 Developing an internationally shareable, evidence-based open-source model for supported employment

Throughout 2025, WiljaGruppen and Raoul Foundation, thanks to support by Andreas Nyhlén (Supported Employment expert, CEO of Misa Kompetens), worked on strengthening the Changemaker-Based Supported Employment Model and its core open-source tools.

The joint work focused on improving the clarity, consistency and applicability of the model description and interaction guidelines, ensuring alignment with international Supported Employment standards and supporting effective implementation across different regions.

As a result, two key open-source tools of the model — the Changemaker Journey Map (CJM) and the Changemaker-Based Supported Employment Model Description — have been updated and published on RAOUL’s website: https://raoul.foundation/#tools

Together, these tools provide a clear, action-oriented roadmap for those seeking to implement Supported Employment in new countries and constellations.

Our plans:

In 2026, WiljaGruppen and Raoul Foundation plan to introduce their collaboration priorities to the new Stiftelsen Includia, the foundation that owns WiljaGruppen. The proposed focus includes strengthening the evidence base of the open-source Supported Employment tools and exploring opportunities to support their rollout with major employers in Uzbekistan. One more potential track is providing support for training social workers, NGOs and employers in Uzbekistan in Supported Employment.

In parallel, WiljaGruppen’s Misa and Raoul will look together into opportunities to develop collaboration with major employers in Sweden to advance inclusive employment practices.
