XMReality signs new group-wide framework agreement

Linköping, Sweden—XMReality AB (publ) (NASDAQ First North Growth Market: XMR) has signed a framework agreement with a furniture manufacturer with about 20,000 employees in nine countries. Under the terms of the agreement, companies within the group will be able to order subscriptions to XMReality Remote Guidance™ for use in maintenance support.

The collaboration began about 12 months ago and during that period the customer carried out two comprehensive preliminary studies and technology evaluations, upon which this general agreement is based.

“XMReality sees a clear trend in which companies aiming to be on the forefront of digitalization are choosing to accelerate their involvement with XMReality. The thorough analysis that this customer has performed shows that XMReality software meets the requirements of large companies for quality and ease of use. The general agreement will make it easier and more efficient for companies in the group to do business with XMReality,” says CEO Johan Castevall.

The signing of the framework agreement will not generate immediate revenues. Revenues will be generated when the companies that are part of the customer group order subscriptions to XMReality Remote Guidance software.
