Theta, the cut-e Award for Person-Job-Fit Innovation, is being launched by cut-e, world leader in online assessment innovation.
Theta is an award to recognise outstanding innovation contributing to a better fit between people and jobs at any point in the employee lifecycle.
Theta is an international competition to recognize outstanding innovation in the area of improved person-job-fit.
Brief description of ZeroLime´s innovation - Zerobot
Zerobot is a ‚robot‘ searching through vast applicant pools at night, presenting candidates to recruiters in the morning for positions they haven’t actually applied for but where they meet all criterias and are likely to be interested in. The innovation is a functionality in ZeroLime, a Swedish applicant tracking system/applicant database. One of the largest users today of the system/innovation is Adecco in Sweden, who is greatly helped by the solution when fitting applicants whith available positions.

The Theta Jury has been selected from business and academia, throughout Europe. It includes innovators, professors and practitioners from UK, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland. Our jury will be evaluating the submissions.
