Chemgroup Streamlines Purchasing and Order Management with Zimply’s AI Agent

Chemgroup has entered into a partnership with Zimply to automate key parts of its purchasing and order management processes. By implementing three AI-driven workflows, the company has been able to free up valuable time, reduce manual work, and strengthen control over its purchasing flows.

As organizations face increasing demands for efficient data processing and reduced administrative workload, Chemgroup has chosen to invest in automation. Together with Zimply’s AI agent, three recurring and business-critical tasks have been automated: automatic matching of incoming order confirmations against the ERP system, automated reminders to suppliers for missing order confirmations and delayed deliveries, and updates of product data in the ERP system.
