When Svea Bank began exploring the possibilities of AI Automation, the objective was clear: to streamline an administrative task long regarded as time-consuming and unpopular. The result was “Robbie” – an AI assistant developed together with Zimply – now an integral part of operations at Svea Bank.

Resultatet blev ”Robbie” – en AI-assistent framtagen tillsammans med Zimply – som i dag är en självklar del av verksamheten hos Svea Bank.
In collaboration with Zimply, an AI assistant has been developed that automates the interpretation and archiving of freight documents. The assistant monitors new consignment notes, extracts unique consignment note numbers from varying file formats, and sorts them into a structured and searchable archive.
Genom att implementera en AI-assistent för dokumenttolkning har MaserFrakt kunnat automatisera hanteringen och arkiveringen av dagliga fraktsedlar som genereras efter en transport. Detta minskar manuell administration, gör informationen direkt sökbar och effektiviserar det operativa arbetet.
När Stureplansgruppen såg behovet av att kraftigt effektivisera hanteringen av leverantörsfakturor tog Redovisningschef Frida Lundin initiativet att hitta en lösning som kunde minska den manuella belastningen och öka kvaliteten i redovisningen. Valet föll på Zimply – och resultatet blev en automatiseringsresa som överträffade förväntningarna.

Together with Zimply, an AI assistant has been developed to automate the product registration process. The assistant retrieves a list of new items and registers them to its e-commerce sites with complete product details, making them ready for sale across all Nordic websites.
