Creative Meetings Enhances Efficiency with AI – Launches Digital Assistants for Projects and Sales in Collaboration with Zimply
To streamline internal processes and free up time for more creative and value-adding work, Creative Meetings has implemented AI assistants in its operations during 2024 and 2025. In collaboration with Zimply, two digital support tools have been developed: Proddy – an AI project assistant that helps monitor project progress, and Sälly – an AI sales assistant that quickly creates customized proposals based on previous materials.
"I was fairly certain we would find tasks within project management where AI could provide support, but the AI assistant now aiding our sales organization in responding to proposals has exceeded our expectations. Sälly, launched in 2025, has become the sales team's new favorite. By utilizing historical proposals and updated information from the company's archives, Sälly can quickly create drafts that the salesperson then finalizes – significantly reducing the lead time from inquiry to proposal. |
