PC Garage, one of the largest online IT&C stores in Romania, customers can now pay with SEQR
Bucharest, January 16, 2014 – SEQR, the solution enabling payments with smartphones, is now available for purchases on PC Garage, one of the largest online IT&C stores in Romania.
At checkout, the client only needs to select the SEQR payment option, scan the QR code on the screen with the application, and validate the transaction with the PIN code. After the approval of the transaction, the user has the receipt saved and always accessible on the mobile phone. The user does not need to fill in or send any information regarding payments or personal details, thus the entire buying process becoming simpler. The app can be downloaded for free from App Store or Google Play.

SEQR was launched in October 2013 in Romania in partnership with GarantiBank, the first bank to make this solution available to its clients. The app connects the client’s bank account with the cash register or the merchants’ online payment platform through a QR code.
