Sertion continues to grow in Eastern Sweden through the acquisition of SADAB

Stockholm, 2026-02-04 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey and has completed a new acquisition in Eastern Sweden. Through the acquisition of Svensk Anläggning & Driftteknik AB (SADAB), Sertion strengthens its offering within industrial piping and technical infrastructure, taking another step in its development as a leading international infra- and installation group within complex HVAC, technical infrastructure and industrial piping.

SADAB is a specialised Swedish company with extensive experience in licensed welding and industrial piping installation. The company has established a strong position through high technical expertise and deliveries in technically demanding environments.
