Sertion expands its position in technical infrastructure in Norway through the acquisition of NTI

Stockholm, 2026-08-11 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey through the acquisition of NTI. The acquisition strengthens Sertion’s position in technical infrastructure in Norway and takes Sertion another step forward in its development as a leading international infra- and installation partner within complex HVAC and sanitation, technical infrastructure and industrial piping.

NTI is a well-established Norwegian technical contractor with more than 170 employees and extensive expertise across the entire project lifecycle. The company has built a strong reputation for delivering complex technical installations for large public and private construction projects, including hospitals and other critical facilities, and has in recent years built a solid order backlog of approximately NOK 1.3 billion. Through the acquisition, NTI strengthens Sertion’s capabilities within technical infrastructure and expands Sertion’s capacity to deliver technically advanced and sustainable projects.

– The acquisition of NTI is fully aligned with our long-term growth strategy. The company strengthens our organization with highly specialized expertise and broadens our capabilities within technical infrastructure. NTI’s technical competence, project execution capabilities and strong customer relationships make the company an excellent addition to Sertion, says Andreas Bogren, Group CEO of Sertion AB.

– This is an important milestone for NTI. By joining Sertion, we gain a strong, long-term industrial owner, access to a broader international network and additional resources to support our continued growth and development. At the same time, we will retain the local presence, entrepreneurial culture and close customer relationships that define NTI. We look forward to combining our technical expertise with Sertion’s ambitions to create new opportunities for our employees and deliver even greater value to our customers, says Trond Røine, Managing Director of NTI.

The acquisition is one of several strategic steps planned this year and a central part of Sertion’s ambition to grow with quality and capacity across the Nordic region and Northern Europe.
