Sertion strengthens its industrial offering in Denmark through the acquisition of GA Rustfri

Stockholm, 2026-08-25 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey through the acquisition of GA Rustfri. The acquisition strengthens Sertion’s industrial offering in Denmark and takes the Group another step forward in its development as a leading international infra- and installation partner within complex HVAC and sanitation, technical infrastructure and industrial piping.

GA Rustfri is a well-established Danish specialist in industrial process solutions, serving customers in the food, pharmaceutical and process industries. The company has built a strong reputation through its technical expertise, high-quality project execution and long-term customer relationships. Through the acquisition, GA Rustfri will strengthen Sertion’s capabilities within industrial infrastructure and broaden the Group’s offering in technically advanced environments.
