Sertion strengthens its heating and sanitation operations in Norway through the acquisition of Ofoten Rør AS

Stockholm, 2026-03-11 – Sertion continues its expansive growth journey and has completed a new acquisition in Norway. Through the acquisition of Ofoten Rør AS, Sertion strengthens its offering within heating, sanitation and technical installations, and takes another step in its development as a leading international infra- and installation group within complex heating and sanitation, technical infrastructure and industrial piping.

Ofoten Rør AS is a market-leading heating and sanitation contractor in the Narvik region with more than 40 years of history. The company has established a strong position through high technical expertise and a broad customer base across both private and professional segments.
