Implementing An Effective Lockout/Tagout Program in Singapore

Brady recently held the Implementing An Effective Lockout/Tagout Program workshop from 7th - 9th March 2012 at Jurong Country Club, Singapore. There was a total of over 40 participants, mainly consisting of Health & Safety and Maintenance personnel from various organizations.

The key purpose for this workshop is to provide insights into the importance of having a good lockout/tagout (LOTO) program and how to go about implementing one, taking reference to the new LOTO regulations SS 571 for Singapore. The workshop was designed to drive interaction, sharing of best practices and facilitate discussion among participants on the challenges they are facing in their day-to-day job.

The workshop proved to be an informative one for many, providing a good overview of the LOTO compliance in Singapore. Mr. Mark Choe, Marketing Manager, Brady South Asia was complimented as a competent speaker with good industrial knowledge in terms of LOTO applications. One highlight of the session was certainly the hands-on group work (such as risk assessments) that enabled participants to work together as a team and experienced for themselves the Brady's BBP31 Sign & Label Printer and LOTO products.

Brady South Asia hopes to offer more of these safety workshops in the future. If you wish to be notified of any future event please contact ContactUs_SA@bradycorp.com and we will add you to our email newsletters.
