Changi Airports International and Wuxi Airport Group establish a new joint venture to uplift Wuxi Shuofang International Airport’s non-aeronautical business

Changi Airports International (CAI) and Wuxi Sunan International Airport Group Co., Ltd. have established a new joint venture company to manage the non-aeronautical business of Wuxi Shuofang International Airport (WUX). The joint venture will operate and manage five key areas of the airport’s non-aeronautical business on an exclusive concessionary basis for 20 years.

Changi Airport Group (CAG) and SGX Mainboard-listed OUE Limited (OUE) announced today that OUE has been awarded the tender by CAG for the lease and development of a new hotel to be located at Changi Airport Terminal 2 (T2).
