Pay Asia - Asia's most innovative payroll and human resource outsourcing (P&HRO) provider - has announced the appointment of Mr. Sunil Girdhar as Group Managing Director, effective 1st of March 2011. Mr Girdhar will lead the Pay Asia’s transition into its next phase of aggressive growth. 
Mr. Andrew McArthur, the outgoing Managing Director, has guided the company for over three years, from Start Up to Enterprise and has overseen expansion into India, Hong Kong and the Middle East. "The Board appreciates and acknowledges Mr.McArthur’scontribution, in particular his focus on fiscal matters that has positioned Pay Asia to undertake the next wave of aggressive growth in the region and further afield," said Mark Samlal, Non-Executive Chairman of Pay Asia. “ 
Incoming Pay Asia Group Managing Director, Mr. Sunil Girdhar, is a veteran in the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) industry and brings to Pay Asia a wealth of experience and exceptional track record in areas of customer focus, Corporate Governance and Regional Operational Excellence. Recently, Mr.Girdhar was a Senior Director of Operations for Convergys Employee Care and prior to that a Senior Manager with Accenture and General Manager of Genisys Software based in the UK.
