When flooring your home you may have questions on whether you are making the right choice.  Here are some answers that will help you decide.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: Why are there color variations in my timber engineered wood flooring?

A: Wood is a product of nature, hence you will see variations from board to board. No two boards are ever the same. Further, over time the colour will mature from exposure to UV light.

Q: Can I have wood flooring installed in my bathroom?

A: It is not recommended, due to high moisture levels in the bathroom. It may cause unfavorable conditions for wood flooring.

Q: How do we clean the floor? Can we wet wash it?

A: The floors can be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, broom or a damp coth. Wet washing is a definite no-no as the flooring is made of wood.

Q: What kind of guarantee does Goodrich provide?

A: For all Timber Engineered products, the warranty given for the product (used in a domestic environment) is 30 years on wear layer. Goodrich also provides three years of installation warranty.
