We rarely nominate politicians to these awards, to avoid any allegations of bias. But we can't help but nominate Eric Chua, Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, who displays excellent presentation skills, not least of which is the conviction with which he speaks.
