Further Strengthening our Customer Focus
Regional Business Units under the Jebsen & Jessen Group of Companies, Jebsen & Jessen Technology and Jebsen & Jessen Marketing, have recently embarked on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) journey and can now reap the benefits of the extensive system.
“I’m glad to report another successful implementation for our Group,” says CRM Manager Mr Xaver Niels Rustemeyer. “We have collected and summarised the needs of the Technology and Marketing RBUs and subsequently installed a customised solution that fits the nature of their businesses.”
The manifold features of the user-friendly and fully integrated system enable the user to share customer information with other business units, thereby enabling cross sharing and increasing transparency, make use of a powerful search engine to find prospects within the existing Group’s database, keep track of important projects and monitor the opportunity pipeline, and, last but not least, enhance reporting to managers and principals.
Five out of eight of Jebsen & Jessen’s (SEA) Regional Business Units now work with the advanced system, strengthening the Group’s integrated customer focus.
