Back to work advice for trailing spouses
Are you a trailing spouse looking to get back into the workforce? Have you wondered where to start, how to network with the right companies, and how to tailor your CV to the Norwegian or Singaporean market? We have the pleasure of inviting you to our next NBAS seminar where, Sabrina Ho, CEO and Founder of Half the Sky, will address these issues and provide you with professional advice. After receiving feedback that several trailing spouses in our network have faced challenges returning to work after living in Singapore for years, this seminar will provide our guests with a solid understanding of how to commence the application process for employment in Singapore, as well as when you return home, how to write an attractive CV, and will also conduct an interview simulation.
Sabrina has been working in talent solutions industry across Asia Pacific for over 10 years and is passionate about unlocking the potential of individuals in the workforce. She founded Half the Sky a career platform for women and runs an executive search firm focusing on Legal, Compliance and HR recruitment. Ad a head-hunter, Sabrina witnessed first-hand the unique challenges career women face in the workplace and was deeply motivated to utilise technologies to set up a platform where female candidates can find better job opportunities and equip them with information and data to enable them to make informed career choices. Hence, halftheskyasia.com was born!
