Upstream to produce Daily News at 20th World Petroleum Congress
Every 3 years, the World Petroleum Council organizes the World Petroleum Congress as the principal meeting place for a global discussion of oil and gas issues. The World Petroleum Council is the only international organization representing all aspects of the sector. It was established in 1933 with the intent to promote the management of the world’s petroleum resources for the benefit of mankind.
