TSC launches version 2 of Atium, makes mitigation of risks possible, in real-time

20 February 2020, Singapore: The Stakeholder Company Pte Ltd. (www.TSC.ai) has released the second generation of the deep-tech, analytical SaaS platform, Atium, an advanced stakeholder management technology and global sensing system. Over 50 new features have been launched, including real-time sentiment analysis and automatic mapping of big picture insights.

Across 94 markets, TSC arms business leaders today with evidence-based insights into complex networks of issues to identify the stakeholders in those networks, which includes providing information as to how best to engage with those stakeholders. With Atium, entities can monitor the globe for subject-specific mentions, helping to mitigate issues in real-time.

Managing reputational risk and seizing opportunities

Terence Lyons, CEO and Founder of TSC, says, “Given the 24-hour news cycle, a brand’s reputation accounts for more than three-quarters of a company’s market value today, and yet, less than 15 percent of business professionals felt their companies were optimized to handle the reputational impact of a crisis.[1]”

“If you take an issue such as climate change, for the world’s biggest companies, the cumulative value at stake from climate change finance shifts is more than US$1 trillion[2].”

“Yet, if these companies understood and could map all the stakeholders involved in the issues they care about, they could solve problems, both internal and external, by building connections between stakeholders, and therefore communities of stakeholders around the issues, which would rapidly help to solve such problems. That’s where Atium steps in.”

Beyond risk mitigation, having a systematic approach to issue management can help companies as they shift toward Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards being implemented around the globe following the most recent World Economic Forum’s focus on Stakeholder Capitalism.

How Atium works

Atium is powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and natural language processing (NLP) to map, mine and monitor millions of data points around the globe. Atium helps sense emerging issues and trends earlier and faster, enabling entities to be proactive in their issue management.

Atium also derives insights to enable an entity to understand and engage with the stakeholders that influence key issues, which helps mitigate business and financial risk, putting them in a position of influence.

Over 50 new features have been added to Atium. They include:

  • The ability to see sentiment analysis in real time - how people around the world feel about your company, industry, or issue.
  • See live feeds tracking stakeholder opinions, helping you more effectively monitor your campaigns through social media and media analytics.
  • Automatically map big picture insights and discover extended connections.
  • Build your own dashboards, including live Share of Voice Reports (measured by issue, country and sentiment over time) to track brand awareness and perform competitive benchmarking.

With Atium, TSC deploys sophisticated deep technology to solve the world’s toughest problems.
