Top two things to do if your customers are not paying you
Simon Littlewood, co-author of Let The Cash Flow, tells business owners two things they have to do when they are experiencing immediate cashflow pressure.
The first is to sort your customers by the Pareto Principle, and focus on the top 20% of your customers.
The second is to be upfront and honest with your customers and suppliers, and to work out something that benefits you both.
