SMRT Travel Advisory for Chinese New Year’s Eve 2015
SMRT train services (North-South, East-West, Circle Lines and Bukit Panjang LRT) and selected bus services will be extended on Chinese New Year’s Eve, Wednesday, 18 February 2015. Five bus services will be temporarily diverted due to the Chinese New Year Countdown at Chinatown on 18 February. There will also be changes to the operating hours of selected Premium and Express bus services.
North-South and East-West Lines
The last trains towards Joo Koon and Pasir Ris stations will depart Outram Park MRT station at 2.07am. The last train towards Jurong East MRT station will depart Marina Bay MRT station at 2.06am and Marina South Pier MRT station at 1.47am.
On Thursday night, 19 February 2015, passengers should note that early closure for sleeper replacement works still applies. Train services will end 30 minutes earlier at nine North-South Line MRT stations (Admiralty, Woodlands, Marsiling, Kranji, Yew Tee, Choa Chu Kang, Bukit Gombak, Bukit Batok and Jurong East).
Circle Line
The last train towards HarbourFront MRT station will depart Dhoby Ghaut MRT station at 1.28am. The last train towards Dhoby Ghaut MRT station will depart HarbourFront MRT station at 1.15am.
Bukit Panjang LRT
Passengers on the last northbound train can connect to the last Bukit Panjang LRT train at 3.14am.
Extended bus service hours
Passengers on the last trains can connect to the following bus services on 18 February at the timings below:

Bus diversion due Chinese New Year Countdown at Chinatown
SMRT bus services 61, 190, 851, 961 and 970 will be temporarily diverted on 18 February 2015 from 5.00pm to 3.00am the next day, due to road closures for the Chinese New Year Countdown at Chinatown.
