Intelligence that inspires - Siemens Home Appliances is showcasing what will be possible in modern kitchens in 2025 at the IFA.

Munich, Germany – The world's first steam drawer, a completely matte black built-in range, and the brand's 100th anniversary of the oven: From September 5 to 9, 2025, Siemens Home Appliances will be presenting numerous innovations and attractions at the IFA. Under the motto "Intelligence that delights," visitors will also be able to experience kitchens they can touch, marvel at, and emulate. Numerous shows featuring TV celebrity chef Alexander Kumptner and other #friendsofsiemens will whet your appetite for today's smart kitchens. (Hall 1.1/101).

The undisputed star of the Siemens Home Appliances stand is the world's first steam drawer. Behind its handle-free, 14-centimeter-high glass front lies a real built-in marvel. It contains everything a complete steam cooker needs: from numerous programs to a color touch display and a water tank. This connected built-in innovation can be combined with an oven, but can also be integrated into any standard drawer niche, for example under the worktop. This opens up completely new possibilities for kitchen planning, especially in limited urban living spaces.

Complete built-in range in a matte design

Good news for design-conscious consumers: with the Matt Edition, the entire kitchen can now be fitted with velvety black built-in appliances from Siemens. The range of 25 appliances includes everything from ovens and induction hobs to extractor hoods, warming drawers, and built-in fully automatic coffee machines. This creates a consistent, elegant look for a modern kitchen design.

Durability that brings joy

Another cool thing is that you can now get the XXL built-in fridges from Siemens as a side-by-side setup. This gives you a total of 762 liters of space behind the cabinet doors. With the new washer-dryer generation, Siemens Home Appliances shows that smart tech always means taking the lead in sustainability. The appliances achieve energy efficiency class A on the new EU label right from the start. Siemens also guarantees 15 years of spare parts availability for all new large appliances.

Start of the anniversary year

Siemens presented its first electric oven in 1926. A technical sensation, it set new standards and changed everyday life in the home forever. At this year's IFA, the brand is kicking off the celebrations for "100 Years of Siemens Ovens," combining a look back at groundbreaking innovations with a clear view of the future.

Because the future has already begun: to mark the anniversary, the new iQ700 AI oven now independently recognizes 100 dishes and applications. Whether cakes, roasts, or casseroles – the appliance automatically selects the optimal preparation mode, guaranteeing perfect results with minimal effort.

Stars in action

As every year, Siemens Home Appliances is presenting its new products as part of a varied entertainment program with the #friendsofsiemens. A must for all fans of the TV cooking duel is the rematch between Viki Fuchs and Alexander Kumptner, which will take place exclusively at Siemens. The Viennese star chef will also be showing every day how smart support makes star cuisine easier. With Jo Semola, visitors can immerse themselves in the world of homemade bread and pastries. And Torsten Kluske – known for his surprising kitchen hacks – will not only be unveiling the world's first steam drawer, but also his seemingly endless bag of tricks.
